2007 BHS 949 Base (in work)

Note this shows the single CIM drive. We will be using the double CIM drive, which is not in the FIRST cad library. The motor plate is also a little different.

The center drive axle will have two #35 sprockets in the 2x3 beam. I need to get the idler as well as drawings with dimentions on them here

Stuff to do while Jim is in Singapore:
- Cut out the rest of the bottom of the drive beams
- Find the #35 chain in the Robot Cage
- Get the drive plate out of the kit of parts box in the cage (it's the long, wide and thin hunk of AL)
- Cut holes in it from the Motor-Plate-1 sheet below
- Put the bearings in with the sprockets (squeze the middle sprockets in)
- Cut the chain to the lengths of the sprockets
- Cut out the Pedistal (mast) top part (where the bicept will go)
- Drill the Pedistal holes
- Create the L and I shoulder plates from below
- Cut the bicept 1x2
- Cut and build the Shoulder-Bicept block from below (this is a chunk of AL that will go in the bicept beam)
- Create the wrist plates below (these are really our Elbow plates)
